The bigger the size of picture are, the longer they take in order to attach successfully to your email. If you can resize those pictures, it is easier for you to send your images through your email. Also, it helps to reduce the space in your computer. I will show you how to resize pictures by using Paint.
1. Click Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Paint.
2. Then click Open or use Short key Ctrl + C in order to choose the picture you want to resize.
3. On the Home tab, choose Resize or use Ctrl + W.
When a small Resize and Skew box appears, you can either click on “Percentage or Pixels” then enter the number you want in the horizontal value and vertical value.
Remember to check mark “Maintain aspect ratio” so that it will have the same aspect ratio as the original one.
Lastly, click “Save as” in the JPEG format, for this format is the one that could reduce the file size the best compared to PNG or BMP…
Now, let’s do it and see how it works for you.
