After downloaded & tried the Microsoft Movie Maker, we still need a free Video Capturing (Video Screencasting or Video Recording) tool to create a demonstration video and share it to social videos site (Youtube).
I play with few Free Video Capture tools but my favorites is CamStudio Recorder(for Windows XP, Vista and 7). There are a lot of tools like this and you may receive many information on the Internet (blog or tech review site) that suggest some free tool too. However, you should only focus on 1-2 tools that meet your need.
CamStudio is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer and create industry-standard AVI video files and using its built-in SWF Producer can turn those AVIs into lean, mean, bandwidth-friendly Streaming Flash videos (SWFs)
I’m using a combination of Microsoft Movie Maker and CamStudio Recorder to create my demonstration videos for my blog. I don’t want to list down ton of video screen cast tools here in order to make you confuse and waste your time. My recommend is just one tool. It is CamStudio Recorder and you can download here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/camstudio/files/legacy/
